Other General Instructions.

1. ID Proof and Address proof is any one of the documents as mentioned in Application.  
2. Affix recent passport photograph of the applicant duly signed across.
3. The signature of the applicant, on the application form should be in Blue ink only.
4. E-mail and Mobile Number of the individual applicant will be must. SMS/Voice based mobile verification is mandatory.
5. All the documents to be attested by gazette officer or bank manager or Post Master.
